Kiki DeLuna, Director

Director DeLuna has been a Village of Addison employee since 2007. She has the responsibility of managing operations, program implementation and staffing for the Henry Hyde Resource Center and the Addison Student Participation Center.

Director DeLuna graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish Translation in Business. Director DeLuna is married and has one daughter.

Angie Vega, Senior Site Coordinator, HHRC and SPC

Angie Vega began working with the Henry Hyde Resource Center in 2003. Before coming here, she worked with the DuPage County Area Project (DuCAP) in the Bradford Court community in Addison for over seven years. Mrs. Vega is married and has three children.

Concepcion Garza, HHRC Site Coordinator

Concepcion Garza, who goes by the name of Concha, started working at the Henry Hyde Resource Center during summer camp.  She now works as the Site Coordinator for the after-school program.  Before coming to the Henry Hyde Center, Concha worked as a teacher assistant at Oakbrook School in Wood Dale for ten years.  Concha is married and has two daughters.

Angel G. Vega, SPC Site Coordinator

Angel Vega started working for the Addison Student Participation Center in 2012.  Prior to that, he worked for over ten years with the communities of Addison, Wheaton, Glendale Heights, West Chicago, Bolingbrook and Romeoville to empower better choices among teens.  Angel also worked at a variety of school districts.  Among those districts were District 365U (Hubert H. Humphrey Middle School, Jane Adams Middle School, A. Vito Martinez Middle School) and District 15 (Marquardt Middle School), now working at District 4 (Indian Trail Middle School).

ADVISORY GROUP

In February of 2008, the Henry Hyde Resource Center Advisory Group was established. The Advisory Group is comprised of members of the neighborhood immediately surrounding the Center. They meet once a month to provide valuable insight regarding programming that addresses the needs of the community.
